Tiger Woods can play golf really well. I like that. And that's pretty much all I care about when it comes to him. I am sick of his name all over every news web page/show/whatever for wrecking his car. Quit it.
Jon Stewart pretty much said the same thing. Way funnier.
Basically, I hate how the media reports on stuff like this. They spend way too much time on trivial and irrelevant stories instead of informing anyone about what is actually important.

That is so funny! I would probably actually be more interested in the news if it had some substance. When I was in Denver last month and it snowed for the first time of the year, that's all they reported on all day long. IT was not that big deal of a snow storm, I guess it was a boring day and nothing of real importance was happening in the world. One reporter actually made a 1 foot snowman to report on - basically so they could beat the snow story to death.
Oh and I like Tiger Woods because he was a child prodigy and also because he had the same knee surgery as me done by the same doctor. So I hope he heals up well and plays fantastic golf :-)
Very funny. I could'nt agree more. Generally speaking, I don't watch or read the news because there is almost never anything worth knowing. The down side is that I occasionally miss important stories. For example, I was in the library typing a paper on 9/11 and didn't know anything had happened until about 11:00.
