Ana and I had the following conversation today
"Ana, where is Mommy's baby?"
"Um, away."
"Is it in Mommy's tummy?"
"No, you didn't eat it."

Do you live in Idaho?
For all us Idaho residents (and former Idaho residents)
FORGET REDNECKS, THIS IS WHAT JEFF FOXWORTHY HAD TO SAY ABOUT IDAHOANS:
If someone in a Home Depot store offers you assistance and they don't work there, you live in Idaho.
If you've worn shorts and a parka at the same time, you live in Idaho. (I've been really tempted to a few days this winter. And I wear my chacos in the snow.)
If you've had a lengthy telephone conversation with someone who dialed the wrong number, you live in Idaho. (I'm pretty sure my mom has.)
If 'vacation' means going anywhere south of Salt Lake City for the weekend, you live in Idaho. (Dang, SLC would be a vacation. Going to Rupert is a vacation.)
If you measure distance in hours, you live in Idaho. (yep)
If you know several people who have hit a deer more than once, you live in Idaho.
If you have switched from 'heat' to 'A/C' and back again in the same day, you live in Idaho. (Done that. A lot)
If you install security lights on your house and garage but leave both unlocked, you live in Idaho.
If you can drive 75 mph through 2 feet of snow during a raging blizzard without flinching, you live in Idaho. (Only a slight exaggeration.)
If you design your kid's Halloween costume to fit over a snowsuit, you live in Idaho. (yep)
If the speed limit on the highway is 55 mph -- you're going 80, and everyone is still passing you, you live in Idaho.
If driving is better in the winter because the potholes are filled with snow, you live in Idaho. (Now that the snow is melting, the potholes are awful!)
If you know all 4 seasons: almost winter, winter, still winter, and road construction, you live in Idaho. (This is very true)
If you find 10 degrees 'a little chilly' you live in Idaho. (True again. At 30 degrees, I leave my coat at home.)
(I definitely live in Idaho.)

Crappy Christmas Present
| You Are a Fruitcake! |
![]() You taste like nothing else in this world. And get ready, you're about to get tossed! |
Sure, Dave was a Christmas Sweater who is flashy and cool, and what am I? Fruitcake. I'm a little depressed over these results.

a random video
The other night, I was rocking Ana and my mind drifted back to when Dave and I were dating. I remembered this incident and had to chuckle to myself. Since I can post videos now, I thought I'd share it, even though its kinda embarrassing. We had been dating about a week or 2.
Isn't it interesting how quickly you fall out of "courtship" mode. I'm pretty sure if Dave did this today, I would be annoyed. A lot of days, I forget to laugh at myself. I'll have to work on that.
