This is a comment on an old post, but I had checked in on the blog-o-sphere for a few days. Your missionary post: I had a doctrine and Covenants teacher at BYU (he was the same guy who taught dad at Utah State and the one who influenced Dad to serve a mission) who always talked about "Mommy-Daddy Missionaries." Every time we had a missionary or preaching teh gospel scripture he talked about having little non-members in our homes for 8 years. I've never forgotten that!
