Jack seems so big to me lately. The other day we were at the park and I was watching him walk around and climb up on the toys and stuff and I couldn't believe it. I see little babies and I think "wow, my baby is big." He and Ana play together happily, for the most part, and he is so sweet to her. Yesterday she was crying in time-out and he brought her favorite blankie to her. (Even though she got a time out for pushing him over.) My baby is a toddler.

That is so sweet that he tried to comfort her!
It sounds to me like your children are just like their same-gendered parents (Ana is you, Jack is Dave, in case you didn't get what I was trying to say.)1
my baby will be 5 next month... so I know exactly what you mean! I cried (really, I honestly cried) when Lina potty trained herself because the diapers were the only remaining link I had to my "babies". I don't think I'll ever have another baby, and it makes me sad. But in the meantime, I'll just grow to love my little toddlers who, after all, are pretty awesome too. ;)
