We were in IF today and made a stop at the DI. We saw something pretty funny there. If only I would have had a camara.
It was a VHS copy of the nativity video that the church put out a while ago for Christmas. It was still in it's brand new shrink wrap. On it was a printed sticker that read:
To the Thurgood family, from the Bishopric. Merry Christmas

Now that is the true meaning of Christmas.
I'm not sure who's the more Scrooge-like here, the Thurgoods for ditching the tape immediately or the bishopric for giving out free videotapes (do they still make those?) as a Christmas gift.
The Thurgoods probably already had a copy and were giving theirs away for the benefit of others. But that is an awesome find!!
Forget taking a picture, you should have bought it...
